Ordered the Garden Salad w/ Grilled Chicken tonight, and it didn't come with any tomatoes as advertised. And the chicken wasn't as pictured either; it was maybe one chicken strip sliced into miniscule pieces. I love Jack in the Box, but this salad was a disappointment.

the Grilled Chicken Teriyaki Protein Bowl Combo which is the most expensive item was the worst tasting plus small and served with white rice when ordered brown and forgot drink

Somehow, there's always something wrong with my order here. This one was missing items, arrived at room temperature, and the fries tasted like they'd been cooked yesterday. My milkshake wasn't even cold. I don't understand what the problem is, because going to the restaurant is never this bad.

My food was super cold. My dasher did a great job and it lookd like she came straight to me... but most telling is that my sourdough jack wasn't even toasted. The bread was still pure white and was soft. That shows me tht the restaurant staff rushed through the order without any regard for quality. My food ended up going to waste because I didn't have confidence in the safety of the food.
