Mix n Match Fajita combo was very poorly done.Chicken should have been cut and hardly any veggies. Not very appatizing. The loaded tiny tacos was a joke again nothing like the picture.tacos was soggy and all smashed together. Very disappointing. Jack in the box need to do better.

This location often messes up my order. I typically order from the Van Mall location myself but DoorDash uses the closest one. Last time they missed 2/3 of my combo (drink & side). This time they gave me spicy sauce (which I can't use, no spice tolerance here) instead of regular, & didn't do light ice like I asked or mix my fusion drink so it was all settled at the bottom & I had to mix for myself. They also only had cheese sauce in 1/4 of the burrito even though I asked for extra, so the first 1/2 was completely dry (which is a bad texture & physically painful for me) & then the last 1/2 had barely any sauce at all. They did listen on me not wanting sriracha sauce, but they didn't even try to give me anywhere near enough cheese sauce. 1/4 isn't even the normal amount, let alone extra. I wish I could order from the farther away one that always gets it right, because I love 2 combos (the Grande Sausage Breakfast Burrito Combo & the grilled swiss sourdough lunch one) from JITB, as they're both autistic safe foods for me. But this location always messes them up. :(

The food is always good at this location. But they tend to forget the dipping sauces. 3PC Crispy Chicken Strips say they come with ranch and the Jumbo Egg Roll (1) said it would come with sweet and sour. I received neither. However, the food is hot and delicious. Contact your dasher to make sure the sauces are provided.

 They bagged the warm sandwich pressed up against the cold salad. The bacon on the croissant was not done enough.
