dry old fries. ordered halfsies i have like 3 curly fries. No option to add pickles on my burger. asked my dasher and still nothing. Husband's meal is missing his second side.

took 2 hours to prepare a burger and just fries before sending to deliver. Food was cold and was old. The cheese was dried up and the bread was stall. Do not order from Jack in the box on horizon. they don't even pick up theyre store phone.

The staff is just incrediblynice and welcoming, the food is so good! The sliderschicken is so moist andeverything is asked for prepared. I definitelyrecommend this place!

Ok so for the food your getting which is the Build Your Own Munchie Meal it's portions is good, the taste is what you expect from here good but the usual fast food taste, the freshness is kinda fresh which is a factor of why it's tasty, I would totally order this again due to how much I enjoyed it.

When I got my order, I was missing my hashbrown. I also ordered some Stuffed Jalapenos (3), I only got two and they were burnt. I need a refund.
