Great food service. Tiny Tacos were still crunchy when I got them delivered. All food was bagged nicely and I got all utensils and sauces I asked for.

Usually when i order from Jack in the box, my orders are very neatly packaged and has a decent amount of food. However when i ordered this jumbo breakfast platter with hashbrown there was little to no egg??? Like what the heck?? Very disappointed

My siblings and I ordered from Jack In The Box, one is near us we just main reason why we ordered from there.
Though our orders are delivered with about 1-2 items missing.
The food is good but it is difficult to enjoy when items are missing. No matter how many times we contacted the Jack in the Box location near us.
Last time we ordered from there, I was missing my Buttery Smash Jack burger. We tried calling to inform them about it, but never answered. Decided to just file for a refund on the item.
I ended up ordering from Taco Bell that is located close to the Jack in the Box near us. Now, Taco Bell doesn't cause upset stomach surges and they deliver the food complete.
The freshness of the vegetables don't seem to look as fresh as promised.
Not sure if the meat is cooked well, the first bite in and the feeling of an upset stomach surges.
I won't order anything from Jack for myself again. I can't say the same for my siblings.

Wasn't so satisfied with the boba milk tea. Because I asked for "light ice" and is was absolutely not light ice, half my cup was all ice and I literally finished it in like 5 min. Oh and I believe I asked for extra sauce on my tacos but it was pretty dry.
