I really need to stop trying the food here over & over, hoping it will go back to even a tiny fraction of edible & even good again. The insane prices for any burger here alone is hard to justify for fast food, but when the meat is severely rubbery, burnt to hell, somehow devoid of flavor, my bun was awful, stale, rock hard - there is no way it's brioche. imo misrepresentation of their products it's a joke. We can find better food at real restaurants, costing half the price, tasting better in every way, & the quality between the two is so drastic. (even frozen ones!)
curly fries still the best + these Pumpkin Spice Mini Churros are ridiculously delicious. Interesting the juxtaposition between those & the burger 🤷🏻♂️
if they weren't one of the only options here after 10pm, I wouldn't have bothered. Would not order again in the future.
somehow got 3 bags of the churros. swear I only ordered 2, so if I got 1 free somehow, that's cool at least ig (but the burger price ruins it)

The quality of burgers has gotten so drastically bad over the last few years that I could find a frozen burger for $2 that you microwave and it's better than something like the Classic Smashed Jack™ which is over $8. Even just in the last couple months it's gotten much worse and I don't know why - I just know it's not edible anymore. i give up trying. The only good thing left are things like the mini churros and the 3pc Classic French Toast Sticks ... those are sweets. this was my favorite place to get fast food for decades. idk anymore.

Hamburger didn't look anything like picture. Everything from hamburger patties to buns were so much smaller than last time I had them. I definitely won't order hamburgers from them again

They get the orders right, are quick and efficient with orders, and the food is tasty and decent quality for what it is. Would just like it if the portions were a little larger, but wgatever, it is what itis. Great for fast food.
I'll be using them again.

The bun was both stale and dry as well as being overcooked almost like burned. I couldn't finish more than a couple of bites of it
