Rating low due to soggy tacos, our ultimate breakfast sandwiches tasted old like it was sitting on the shelf for a while. We order this a lot and this was the first time we were disappointed with our food.

My fries might as well been chips with how cold, dry, and hard they were. My Grande Sausage Breakfast Burrito Combo didn't even come with the bacon cheese sauce it's supposed to come with. The meat in my Sourdough Jack® was dry & the bacon cold and chewy. I got only one of the 3 sauces I chose. Order somewhere else at this point.

curly frys old burnt, breakfast jack, nasty old over cooked burnt. tacos burnt not very tasty shells crumbling.

Parts of the coating on the chicken was so hard and the fries were hard as a rock like they were put into the frying after they were fryed for the first time. I might not order from that Jack in the Box again.

Even though you ask on the intercom when placing your order and are willing to pay extra for RANCH sauce. The employees and manager gives this look and rolls their eyes.
