The grilled chicken wrap have options to add or remove. It mentioned Ranch dressing only...what is given is an orange sauce that is a touch spicy. I certainly would not have ordered if I had known:
1. tortilla was toasted and super crunchy. Thought I would be getting a soft tortilla.
2. Only a very small portion of chicken was even edible! I would go to take a bite and chicken was hard as a rock! All in all a waste of good money! I am also in recovery from being in hospital and also have dental orthotic which limits what I can actually eat. Very disappointed.

ridiculously dry. not even remotely tender. Jack in the box has always been my go to. never did I think I'd write a review for anything fast food related. just gross. threw the burger away, rather than take another bite. Cluck Sandwich

The Homestyle Ranch Chicken Club Combo had an old piece of chicken that was too hard to bite. The egg rolls were burnt and the Dr. Pepper was flat. Very disappointed.

everything was good and hot. Oreo shake is good. the one thing on the bowl was WAY too much sauce,for me . it was hard to taste the rest for the sauce.

Missing bacon supposed to be added to burger. Rest of order was correct. Fries could have been cooked fresh, but I guess we get what we pay for, so all in all a 4 of 5.
