The smashburger is among the worst burgers I have ever tried, anywhere! Absolutely awful.
It seems the classic tacos are not what they once were either. It really tastes like JnB is cheapening their products and think we won't notice.
What a disappointment for $20.

This location always messes up orders. Doordash had a promotion that had a free item with $20 order. However they completely left it out. No free Chocolate Shake with my order. Instead they sent a kids juice box. ?????

We ordered a bigger order via door dash. They completely forgot two burgers and a large fries as well as no sauces. I tried calling and they picked up the first time and said they had it and then the call disconnected and they never answered again. I called another 4 times and they wouldn't answer the phone.

No Cheese on the Jumbo Jack® Cheeseburger No onions on the other burger.
French Fries weren't as good as usual and they make you buy a large even if you don't want it.
Price is ridiculous for fast food.

Ordered two pumpkin croisaants orders, there was no quality control. All 12 croissants were fully over re-heated too many times before it got to me. There was no pumpkin filling or cinnamon and all were hard, dark and burnt. Not a single good bite. I ordered these a few days ago and they were delicious, today they were real bad , my dog would not even eat them! The person who filled my bags must have been like " hahahjajajaj hope he dont break atoith " jajaj. $20 for old reheated food is not cool in my book. See pictures...
