I ordered the Build Your Own Munchie Meal with onion rings and curly fries... received tacos instead of curly fries and only 3 onion rings?! Oreo® Matcha Shake was uncovered which is unsanitary and honestly unsafe but also looked very low as if someone drank it... Restaurant delayed my order by 20 minutes for unknown reason.

My fries weren't fried they were still raw (I can taste the starch) and they were soft and cold... My chicken sandwiches had no cheese as well.

Pretty consistent and good tasting. Only have had a couple times where the food itself wasn't made properly. The other day I got the Large Bacon & Swiss Buttery Jack® Combo and the burger had the thinnest slice of cheese I've ever seen and the patty was slightly burnt. Still ate it, and it still tasted perfectly fine. But it's very rare for me to get something that has problems even as small as that from this place. Easy 4.5 stars if I could give that.

My burger was way too WET. Had an off taste.. and why are putting old mealy tomatoes on burgers when you probably have fresh ones in back.. gross
