the chicken teriyaki bowl all the rice was hard and there was a half a scoop of rice. I paid $9 for a half a scoop of rice that wasn't even three bitefuls and hard. they should have never given hard old rice to a customer.

We just ordered from them and got spicy grilled chicken wraps with jalapeños with spicy sauce instead of the Classic Grilled Jack Wrap . For someone who doesn't eat jalapeños, the food and had to be thrown away. Jack's Spicy Chicken® w/ Cheese was burnt. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

The entire order was awful. Salad was old and wilted, burger was smashed and unappealing, wraps were sloppy and falling apart plus rubbery. Fries were forgotten. Very disappointed at the quality that was served.

the bacon and Swiss burger is terrible
the Swiss cheese is clear and sweating I don't know how old it is. I want another meal if at all possible I'll give this one back. Dasher was excellent
