My burger patty was burnt today! Completely burnt! Plus they've lately been adding too much sauce on the burger to the point that it is going everywhere when you open it. Makes unpleasant to eat and soggy.

The food was phenomenal, solid 8.5/10. The onion rings here are the best I've had so far compared to other fastfood companies. Why only 2 stars? Because it took them an hour and a half to make my order, changing the delivery time twice. Definitely would order again though, hopefully with faster service next time.

ordered a loaded bfst sandwich and got a sourdough sandwich with just ham cheese and egg. also i got a sprite and never received it. i payed almost $30 for a $15 meal.
