The Stuffed Jalapenos (7) was freshly made. However, the French Fries not. French Fries from the previous order. Usually, the French Fries are freshly made. The Vanilla Shake w/ Boba had no cover. That's a safety issue for me. At least put a sticker on it.

My strips were good as well as my fries but my cluck sandwich wasn't the best tho...I bit into some cartilage ngl and it honestly was kinda gross. My spicy click deluxe was great the other time but this time the regular cluck sandwich was not it :/

My order was HOT and ready however...it was incorrect. I wanted large Hi-C NO Ice. My drink had extra ice. As a nice gesture for the error, I was offered the incorrect drink in addition to the wrong drink. This was greatly appreciated. The sandwich was wonderful. It was my first time having it. No issues with it at all. Thank you!!

I did not think to grab photos but this Jack went above and beyond in ruining date night. Half our order was burnt, the fries were so stale and greasy i threw them away. Threw the whole order away was so mad. I need a refund.
