First time trying Jack in the Box. The food was cold, which could be due to the double-dash, but why send a half-wrapped burger in a Door Dash order? Next, the All American Ribeye Steakhouse Burger had some weird crunchy bits of something in it, so not edible anyway. The onion rings weren't terrible after tossing them in the air fryer. That gives 1 star. The 2nd for the cheesecake.

Everything was good, but the container of tacos was MESSY. They had mentioned they came with an option of sauce and/or sour cream, which I had assumed would be in packets or maybe a little container, but I didn't realize it would just be ALL OVER the container instead making everything messy and would've been soggy if it was left for too long.

I didn't even get my tacos this time. Understandably though, mistakes can be made and the curly fries I received come in the same container. Furthermore, they were DRENCHED in sauce and cheese! It's fortunate we didn't wait too long to get to them or they would've been soggy and inedible.

I paid for extra cheese and barely got any...I hate paying extra if I'm not going to receive it
