The Chicken Teriyaki Bowl was so good and i didn't know it was sticky rice but it made it even better, i love sticky rice. Milkshake wasn't as thick as last time but still tasty, dipped my fries in it

Both of my Build Your Own Munchie Meal came with old, stale fries.
And the Stuffed Jalapenos (7) came with bad one as well.
I also ordered a vanilla boba shake that was too frozen which I think made the boba get hard,if not then the boba was bad too.

Box of Spicy Sauced & Loaded Popcorn Chicken Big Box Combo was half empty, total waste of money. Onion Rings were good and drinks were still cold. Don't get the Spicy Sauced & Loaded Popcorn Chicken Big Box Combo ,not worth the money

Burger was very small for the ultimate bacon cheeseburger. the tacos were OK and the fries were abysmal. they were old and tasted like cardboard. this store has gone down hill from when I first started. I thought it was an off day but this is ongoing. well have to find songstress else to eat. they also did not add any sauce, again, as requested from the order. horrible service, marginal food, and incomplete orders. really bad because I used to love jack in the box.
