Great customer service! Although they ran out of Dumplings in Chilli Dressing(5pcs) and my order was short by only 2 dumplings they compensated with a whole serve of Steamed Dim Sim(4pcs). The order was fresh and tasted amazing. They earned a new regular!

The quality of the food seems to have dropped as the prices have increased. I bought honey chicken but where was the honey? The containers were only 70% full, so I felt ripped off.

I can't call this fried rice! Jackpot Special Fried Rice without soy sauce, even i can cook this better! And the portion was super tiny for $18.50. Never ever order this store again! I ordered two special probably just steamed no taste rice :(
