Had to wait a little longer than usual but the Fried Chicken and the sides were absolutely fresh, hot and delicious!!! Told my girlfriend that we will definitely be placing these orders again. Jack's Regular Fried Chicken is so much better than their Chicken Fingers. Great job Jacks!!!

Big Jack Bigger Meal Deal was hot and delicious you could tell it was cooked fresh. Dinner (4pc.) was awesome cooked perfectly they were tender, fresh and hot

Chicken Finger BoxFries were fresh hot and delicious but the sad part is that I had to pay for Ranch to get it with my order when you are supposed to receive so many cups for free. I received the amount of cups I paid for and none that was supposed to come with the order

Typically, Jax's is great. Everything was cooked very well, but the preparation took longer than it usually does. The gravy and biscuit, while very well prepared, was not as warm as it usually arrives.
And, this may not be the forum to ask, but I usually order a butter biscuit. Could there possibly some consideration in offering packets of jelly? It's okay, for me and within reason, to pay a charge.

Usually, when I order the Fried Chicken Dinner (3pc.), it is fresh, crispy, and really good. This time, the chicken was not eatable. It was hard, overcooked, and no flavor/seasoning from what I could try. Idk, but whatever happened, this time was not it. The only eatable thing about the whole meal was the mashed potatoes and biscuit( which I didn't eat because I don't like bread)
