The mashed potatoes didn't taste fresh & the gravy was nasty, and the green beans were good. But the chicken tasted old, and they were extremely smaller than usual. And don't even get me started on the honey mustard ugh. I probably wouldn't order again, but the milk shake was really good just kinda hard to get out of the straw.

I only recently started ordering from Jack's, but I must say that I'm impressed. They have very good fried chicken biscuits and sides. One of the most impressive things is the quality and the taste of the food.  I've ordered or dine in with Jack's at several different locations and the taste and quality are always the same! Great job guys!

I recently placed my 1st order. 12pc w green beans & what was supposed to be a large French fries. I received 4 PCs out of 12 PCs of chicken hot. The rest was hard, not hot nor fresh. It had to be disposed of. I also received a 1/2 cup of green beans that were placed in an lrg container. Not enough to feed 4 people. The fries were the only item hot.The biscuits were ok. I,as well my family, were very,very disappointed and dissatisfied. In the future, all fried chicken or grilled chicken should be fresh and hot, especially for the price, and for customers to return. It would be great to get rid of the older chicken than to put it on the bottom and to then cover it with hot fried chicken. I give it a 3 and that's because of the hot French fries, 4pcs of fresh fried chicken and the biscuits.....

I ordered the eight piece fried chicken box. The order arrived very quick. Unfortunately the chicken was not fresh and way over cooked. The fries were cold and the coleslaw was nasty and was starting to go bad. This is my last order from Jack's. Highly disappointed!
