• 25-05-29Biscuit made for the big back in us all. I love that it was warm upon deliver .Hashbrowns were nice and fresh. Also my drink was not watered down for the 10 min ride to home so definitely everything was made to order fresh. Def will order again.

• 25-11-10Ordered a Mac 'N Cheese - Pint , got one small handheld container that was half full. For seven people. The Fried Chicken Box (12pc.) was dry as hell. I will never order chicken from Jack's again. just stick to burgers and sandwiches.

• 25-12-21The One Pancake was cold to the touch. When I heated it up and tried to eat it, it was disgusting!! Grits were great! Nice and buttery! And Chicken Biscuit was great as well!

• 25-05-05Chicken Finger Box 20pc - by the time my food got to me, it was cold. The chicken pieces are a lot smaller than I remember them being. French Fries - I got the large order of these fries, and they used to come in a tray....or so I thought because I got the largest size they had available. It barely feeds two people, which was supposed to be the purpose of getting the biggest size they had to offer.

• 26-02-27The strawberry shake I got barley tasted like strawberry I also ordered the Big Bacon combo specifically for the bacon and there was none or condiments for my fries
