The fried chicken was very crispy and well seasoned. The burger was also cooked well and had lots of meat, no paper thin patties like the guys across the street. Happy to have Jack's in the neighborhood!

Ordered the Chicken Meal for Two it was a great deal and everything was hot and fresh but the chicken tenders were extremely salty to the point you couldn't taste anything but salt.I will definitely still try other items on the menu though.

Best Hamburger me and my family have had Period. Great food. The fries are the bomb too. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you for rescuing West Mobile lol

I ordered a chicken finger meal with a drink, and a cheeseburger meal for my husband. The chicken fingers tasted like chemicals. I ordered honey mustard for the chicken fingers, and got nothing. I ordered green beans and got fries instead. I ordered a soda and was told they didn't have any soda at all. All I ate were the fries, which were not bad, but not what I ordered. My husband didn't get his soda either. They didn't offer to compensate for the missing sodas with the meals. I won't be ordering again.

I ordered 2 for $9. and you just can't go wrong. Jack's got me hooked and I also got the half gallon sweet tea. All I can say is,
