there's no salt on the fries one of my chicken fingers is all bread there's no meat they only gave me one biscuit but when I go in the store and order inside of the store they always give me two biscuits they gave me like maybe 12 fries and all and I ordered a large I ordered a large two large sweet teas and they bring me two medium sweet teas you know I paid for a large but they gave me a medium

The last 2 chicken meals I ordered were dry and stringy. The Big Jack is skipping on lettuce and tomatoes and pickles. The Big Jack is half the size of the Whopper at the same price.

We ordered 2 - 2pc dinners. The biscuits were hard as bricks, chicken was dry, the pots had gravy; your list shows just pots; it doesn't say with or without gravy, gravy should be on the side. We really like Jack's chicken. It just was not up to your normal standards tonight. The chicken and the biscuits were sub-standard tonight.
