This was our first time having Jack's and were pleasantly surprised by everything. The fried chicken was so good, the mashed potatoes and gravy were better than any fast food chicken place. Even the pies were delicious. We will be eating here regularly now!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The crew was very polite, understanding, and very detailed about getting the food out in a very patient manner to every customer!! I would definitely come back for a Sunday lunch for my kids. The family chicken box was hot and the boat of fries was cooked just right! Yeah, we're BIG BACKS this way :)

Taste was great the only problem I had was my drink was half filled and the bacon was hard and burnt but my Double Gravy and Biscuits and my Biscuit and Gravy and One Pancake was made perfectly

Food was good , just messy the gravy was basically all over the bag so there was only like 2 bites in it the bacon was fresh though I would order again if they can bag it properly

. Very bad. Ordered Steak Biscuits and hash brown. Hash browns were hard as a rock and cold. Steak biscuit looked like it had been thru a war. Biscuits were falling apart. Steak was overcooked. Even the napkins and sugar for coffee were wadded up like someone was really angry when they put product in bag. Just so unappealing
