The cookie dough milkshake is amazing. 10/10. The fruit pies both flavors strawberry and apple are crispy and amazing. Recommend over and over.

Biscuits were thin & barely had one on the bottom part for all biscuits. Reform has much better biscuits! One biscuit was not brown at all. This is probably it for us ordering Jack's from Columbus on DoorDash. I tried to like it, but I just couldn't, especially when I bit into the sausage....not done in the middle.

The two burgers were undersized and overpriced with zero flavor. The large soda was all ice with a little soda and the coleslaw was absolutely disgusting.

I ordered a three piece dark meat, mashed potatoes & gravy and fries. I received a very dry leg thigh and breast a large mashed potato container with barely any gravy and no fries. The chicken was so dry I couldn't eat it. The potatoes were lukewarm with almost no gravy.
