I talk to a Jack's Donuts worker. She was very helpful, given the fact that they didn't have what I originally ordered. I was still satisfied. The donut holes, and the caramel nut rolls were very good.

Donuts are great but don't waste your time or cash on a frappe. Yuck. Tasted like coffee milk and was of $8!

Ordered specifically because my husband was craving apple fritters. I wanted a cronut. Also ordered donut holes and a few other random donuts for the kids when they come home. There were no apple fritters and no Cronut. So they took it upon themselves to replace them with "gourmet donuts" which consisted of a donut covered in Oreos and a maple donut with bacon. Both gross to us. If I had known that what we were SPECIFICALLY WANTING wasn't available I would have cancelled the order completely. Instead I spent over 30 dollars on donuts that will all be wasted. I was able to submit a request for refund on the ones that were not available as well as the donut holes because they did not taste fresh at all. However I feel that I should get a complete refund because had I known that I couldn't get the apple fritters or what I wanted I would not have went through with the order at all. Not to mention, why would you randomly give someone a bacon donut when some families are vegetarian or do not eat pork for religious purposes? What a poor choice of substitute. And not everyone wants a bunch of junk like cereal or cookies and cream filling on a donut. If I had ordered Outback and they were out of steak I would not get some random substitute. I'm so frustrated that there are not better policies in place. This was nothing but a waste of of time and money. At this point I am done with Jack's and DoorDash all together. Their donuts are subpar to our local store anyway and the only reason they ever got my business in the first place is because I cannot DoorDash Dan's donuts. But now I will never trust ordering from here again anyway because who knows what you're going to give me.

Wasnt expecting the 1/2 Dozen Assorted Donuts to be as big as they are 10 outta 10
