I ordered the Online Exclusive Price - Family Big Box which was great, I have 5 people in my household (2 smaller kids) and 3 adults and it was enough for us. We also ordered Milkshakes which were good. The food was hot, the milkshakes were cold so no complaints there, I'd absolutely get this again, especially for the price.

First time doing Doordash with Jack's, but I am very happy with results. My go to is the Big Jack meal, but this time I got the Bigger Jack meal and I was not disappointed. Tasted fresh and was the right temperature. Fries were hot and fresh, Coke was not watered down and the shake was good as well!

I ordered the regular 3 piece Fried Chicken Dinner. It arrived hot and smelled delicious! I couldn't wait to eat it!While eating my chicken,I realized it was very spicy. I don't tolerate spice very well so my mouth was on fire. I was very disappointed as I was starving and looking forward to some good fried chicken! I might give them another chance and order from them again in the future but I sure hope they don't give me spicy chicken again especially when I ordered regular. The mashed potatoes and gravy and biscuit were good! Jacks chicken is very delicious except for this instance!
