I purchased a light variety of side orders consisting of mashed potatoes with gravy, coleslaw, 4 plain biscuits, and 2 vanilla milkshakes. The mashed potatoes tasted very fresh and flavorful, packing punches of savory garlic and brown gravy that soothed my taste buds with every bite. Jack’s biscuits are amazingly comforting and have the ability to carry almost any plate and make it much more appetizing. I really appreciate this evening’s Chef working behind the scenes. The coleslaw was very fresh and savory, they don’t use an excessive amount of ingredients with their coleslaw, so it wasn’t very heavy on the stomach, offsetting my appetite. And their vanilla milkshakes are pretty good as well. I’d definitely come back for more when in town. Jack’s side orders for the evening get’s a smooth 7 out of 10 in my book. Thank You Guys.

ordered a Bologna Breakfast Sandwich and big Big Breakfast Sandwich. Big Breakfast Sandwich came with everything on toast, Bologna Breakfast Sandwich came with just a burnt piece of Bologna on a biscuit. Disappointing.

For the price the portions should have been little bigger, the bacon was thin. The grits and the biscuit were the best part. No grape or strawberry jelly in the bag as courtesy.

This is my 1st time having issues like this with them. Didn't receive the fries with wing meal. Biscuit was inedible, super hard and old (probably from breakfast). No utensils and no sauce for the tenders as ordered.

Sandwich dry, no onions, look like they piled up some lettuce they found and put it on BOTH burgers. I gave them a third chance but i'll never eat at this location again.
