Wow! Best ever! Chicken was hot and juicy, the Dasher must have snatched my order the minute the fried chicken was done. Dasher knocked on my door, alerting her presence. It took a few minutes so I didn't get to tell her 'Thank you!'
Biscuits were hot.
All tasted so yummy! Good day for a Feast!

It's a good meal that is cheap in filling tasted amazing. The only complaint is no silverware within packaging but luckily I had some at home so I'm still able to enjoy it. The biscuits were so buttery and flavor and so fresh the chicken was fried to perfection and the mashed potatoes were warm and comforting. I would order it again.

I buy breakfast for my employees monthly from this store, and it's very obvious that the dinner crew is not nearly as good as the breakfast crew. I ordered two fried chicken dinners for myself and my husband, plus an extra biscuit. Chicken was cold, tough, and burned, sides were skimpy, they crammed food into the containers and squashed the biscuits on top, and charged me $2.00 for an extra biscuit that they didn't even put in my order. Extremely dissatisfied and will stick to only breakfast here in the future, if I order again at all.
Do better, Jack's. Your dinner crew is terrible.

I love Jack's, but today I wish I would've chosen somewhere else to order from. My Chicken Biscuit, Steak Biscuit, and Hashbrowns we're so dried out and nasty, tasted like the oil had been burnt out. biscuits were also dryer than usual. Sausage Breakfast Wrap wasn't but half way full with 2 small pieces of Sausage in it. Everything really tasted old, or like it was from yesterday and they just reheated it. Jack's has always been my go-to for breakfast,lunch and/or dinner, I've never had a bad experience until today, someone is lacking somewhere in their job duties for today at least!
The reason for 3 stars and not lower is because the doordash app wouldn't give me the option to add additional items to my biscuits, so I called up there to add cheese to my chicken and lettuce and tomato on the other 2 biscuits. The lady was very polite and repeated back the additional add ons and made sure it was put on the biscuits.

The chicken arrived hot and juicy. The mashed potatoes were tasty and hot. Great fast food restaurant!
