This was my first time trying Jack's and I have to say that I am really impressed. I ordered the Chicken Finger Dinner 4pc with green beans and mashed potatoes. The green beans were sooo delicious, chicken was moist and the potatoes were good. Would totally recommend this.

The sandwich was good, just like the 1st one I got at the drive thru, my 1st time at Jacks. 1st time I had the grilled chicken, but this time I had the Southern Fried, but it looked like the grilled. I was looking forward to the full fried batter and it just didn't compare to what the picture looked like. Not at all. It was an extremely thin layer of batter and almost $13;of course this was also service charges, tip, etc. but for one sandwich like this is crazy. I will eat here again, but not do delivery as everything seems to double and then some.

The quality of the food was horrible. The gravy was sweet, the steak was way too greasy and the grits were crunchy.

The Breakfast Deluxe was cold and flavorless. The Steak Biscuit was also cold and flavorless. I grew up on jacks and it's always been a favorite for breakfast but this was the worst experience I ever had from one.

The mashed potatoes were so runny. The buffalo sauce was straight vinegar. The hot dog was shriveled and overcooked. Was my first and last time to try this place.
