I ordered biscuits and gravy, door dash the gravy was runny and most of it was in the bag not the box. I order a iced coffee, did not get that. This is getting to be a habit with Jack's if you get Door Dash, food is most of the time wrong or something missing.

The wings were exceptionally salty for some darn reason
I had this before and it was delicious today not so delicious. Plus, it was way over breaded this time.

All right, they didn't have wings so they substituted some fried chicken for the wing price. Actually the food was delicious. I couldn't have asked for a better customer service than Jacks in Prattville. I do not remember the Manager's name but she was so so sweet so if you want good quality service And good food go to Jackson Prattville FYI, the wings have been discontinued. It was promotional idea from what I've been told darn it.
