My order today was the best food I've gotten from Jack's in a while! Chicken Biscuit Combo was fresh and not hard. Biscuits & Gravy was not too hard. All around, good breakfast.

I order the bigger jack meal and when I got it I was missing the chicken tenders, sauce and the fry was medium not large.
fries was wrong on my big bacon meal
go no straws for the drinks spent 39 bucks and didn't get what i ordered. Door dash said would have to contact jacks. Jacks says come by and they will fix it.

I had to pay almost $4 for 2 and 1/2 pc of bacon this is a order of bacon is ridiculous the cheese wasn't even melted and my biscuit was hard as a rock on the bottom I'm very upset

everything was good but they shorted me 1 Bacon , Egg & Cheese Biscuit , I called the store, they said they'd bring it to me by 11:30a.m. , it's 3:15 p.m. now and they still haven't brought it , the dasher did his job , it was a screw up on the stores end by not putting the correct amount of food in the bag....
