• 26-02-13Normally, I'm very happy with Jack's, but this morning they left out the hash browns from our order. And I love their grits, but they were lumpy this morning. Disappointing! And as cute as the Valentines biscuits are, they are quite a bit smaller than the regular biscuits. It barely covered the steak inside!

• 26-07-27the catfish basket was horrible. The catfish dinner was awful because all they gave me was little pieces like baby nuggets with a lot more of the crust then they do a catfish but catfish nuggets that they give you are nothing like the picture a dry catfish nugget so hard you could break your tooth on it

• 24-09-14This is twice I've ordered and paid separately for cole slaw. Both times the container has been barely half full and they charge $2.73 .
