Food came piping hot, full of flavor and contrasting textures. The dry fried ribs were so crunchy, well seasoned, and generously sized. Both the garlic noodles and General Tso's Chicken were surprisingly and welcomingly spicy. Normally these dishes are too sweet elsewhere. Not here. Well done Jade Palace.

I normally love sesame balls, but Sesame Ball (4 pc) were super small and tasted so strange and stale/off that I ended up spitting my bite out. (Combo) Sweet & Sour Pork was an okay deal in terms of portion size, you could easily split it out into dinner for two people, but it was all so unrelentingly salty and greasy, with way too much squishy dough around the pork. Aside from green onions in the fried rice there were no vegetables that I could see, and no pineapple or onion pieces in the sweet and sour pork. I couldn't finish half of it. I won't be ordering from here again, sadly.

I have been patronizing this business for over 20 years and never seems to amaze me. I love Jay Palace. Salt and pepper, dry fry ribs, and then salt and pepper fish though that combo with that rice I got chicken fried rice you get your shrimp fried. I got chicken off the chain.

It was packed above the brim which I loveee! Besides that the actual food was hittin like i remembered it when i was little. The taste was delicious, they had freshly cut & sautéed vegetables/ ingredients it was also still hot too. Will definitely be ordering again :)

I love Jade Palace! I've been eating there for over 20 years. Shan Dong is great, they make fresh noodles and what not, but Jade palace is the best Chinese food in Oakland for the flavor, amount of servings and the price PERIOD!
