This was an amazing pizza! I have been searching for a place that had ricotta, spinach, and sausage. This did not disappoint on toppings. The ricotta was fresh and bountiful. We ordered two create your own in medium and they are big. The dough is fabulous not overly doughy and thick. We did delivery and our pizzas were hot to the touch still when they hit our counter. Can't recommend enough.

Everything was great as always!!! The chicken was perfectly cooked and seasoned!!! The cheese on the Cheesy Breadsticks was delicious, and the Crust on The Don was so soft; too much food for 2 people!!! Can't wait to try something new!

I ordered the Chicago Deep Dish with beef, onions, green peppers, olives, mushrooms and extra cheese @ $3/each. The extra cheese was 3&1/2 slices of provolone placed on top of a thick blanket of sauce that poured off when picking up a slice and the toppings were minimal. The crust was ROCK HARD, not edible as if it were frozen & then refrozen repeatedly. They forgot my Coke 2 L & said they would come back to deliver but did not.

The calzone had way too much ricotta and the amount of Italian sausage was insufficient. Also the pizza crust, dough and sauce was very bland in flavor and texture. However the meatballs on the slice were very tasty. This was my first time having Jay's Pizza and I was disappointed that a locally owned restaurant was substandard.
