I should've been told that you were out of small calzones and instead you sent me a large calzone which in turn made me pay WAY MORE MONEY THAN I WANTED TO!!! I will also now be throwing out food that I NEVER ordered but was charged for!!! Next time you should let your customer know so they can order from a BETTER place and get what you have ordered!!! I will NEVER order from Jerry's again!!! Very POOR communication and the calzone was HORRIBLE on top of it!!!

personally delivered to my door during a huge snowstorm!!they don't use dashers, so their employees do the deliveries. Always pleasant, and so hard working! great food! Pizza is always delicious, garlic bread is to die for,I added ravioli today, and it was delicious 😋

App texted me and told me food was ready 75 mins after ordering; arrived, gave my name, no food. Was told "were having problems with the door dash ap" despite recieving confirmation text and email; and notification food was ready. They were good about making on site, but pizzas was undercooked and not as good as usual. Toppings were bunched together and not evenly spaced and crust was not ad crispy as usual. Sorry Jerry's- you missed the boat tonight. I know it was busy but at least compensate me for the inconvenience.

Lemon Chicken Over Pasta was not good. Very greasy and no lemon flavor, just garlic and chili flavor, was really disappointed. The Garlic Bread with Mozzarella was good, but the marinara was very clearly from a can or jar. Dropped 30 bucks on this meal too :((
