• 26-08-28Ordered 3 sandwiches. Two of the three were WRONG. Hot pepper relish on wrong sandwich making it inedible to the person who ordered it. So one person wasted their money and could not eat his sandwich. I hate this store . . . The order is wrong about 80% of the time. But it's the only one that delivers to us. The Bell Rd location always gets it right, does not use Door Dash.

• 25-09-04I wanted to try Jimmy John's after seeing Danny Devito's commercials. I got the Mike's way Club Sub thinking that would be a good basic sub. Somehow minus onion did NOT happen- ugh! Also they forgot my bacon. This is how my club looked after taking off onion/lettuce mix. It was alright to eat my husband got a better full club. No onions.The bread wasn't that fresh commented my husband who worked at the other sub store previously in his long careerr. Super crispy bacon & quality meat. He said next time bread works better for a French Dip.
