• 23-01-10Bread was dry on all three subs. It was reminiscent of how much meat another sub shop puts in the subs ( sub+++). One slice of each. Hardly any oil and vinegar, no onions, no tomato's, and skimpy on the lettuce. This is after asking for it to be prepared Mike's way. Very disappointing to say the least. This use to be my favorite sub shop. Quality has definitely decreased.

• 25-10-03My BLT came without tomato and many other toppings. Completely dry. No mayo, olive oil, or vinegar. About 2 banana peppers & 3 jalapeños & pickles. Mustard all over the paper (which was not ordered or put on the sandwich itself). I don't know how you manage to send out a BLT completely dry without tomato but DoorDash only reimbursed me $3 so I don't recommend spending your money here.

• 24-07-29This Jersey Mike's location at East Gate has changed. Not sure if from summer hires, but they barely add any meat. Usually there will be too much onions and/or lettuce to fill the void. I order at different locations and it is not that way. Delivery is super fast and great!

• 23-04-13The 3rd time my order was either delivered with the wrong items or like tonight, not including the 2 bags of Chips. I called the store and the young supervisor apologized for having a bunch of trainees and having only been in the South Riding store for about 2 weeks. She couldn't refund my money, get me the chips or fix my issue at all - because I used Door Dash.
I Door Dash to 4-5 restaurants in the SR and Jersey Mike's is the ONLY ONE that has ever gotten an order wrong.
The sandwiches tasted good, despite the bitter taste that was left in my mouth.
