• 25-08-31My bread was very stale on both subs, and barely any meat. We order from here quite often with no issues so today was a big disappointment

• 25-09-12#8 Club Sub ws on stale bread, which was the wrong bread to start with. I ordered rosemary Parmesan and got stale white roll and only a whisper of bacon. #13 The Original Italian was made with the wrong bread also, otherwise ok. I guess customers who order later than 5 pm get stale stuff.

• 26-05-21This is the second time I ordered from this store today. Both times the order was wrong. One time it was missing a whole sandwich. The other time the remade the sandwich but didn't follow the instructions, so I still have to order something else to feed my child that has been waiting patiently for them to get a simple sandwich order correct.

• 26-06-11I arrived and went in when my sandwich was supposed to be ready. it hadn't been made yet, the ticket was still hanging in the printer, and there was no one else in the store. the staff was sitting around on their phones, while the staff member in charge was outside in their car smoking.
