After moving from California we missed the sandos from grocery store deli counters with everything cut fresh. Jersey Mikes is the closest we have found near us in MN.

I usually go for the Club but the #11 Stickball Special is really good too. ingredients are always fresh, and the sandwich itself is enough for lunch.

the #9 Club Supreme is probably my goto sandwich, the rosemary and parm bread is great. i pair it with the salt and vinegar Chips

I like the idea of the #64 Grilled Portabella Mushroom & Swiss but it lacked any seasoning. It says it's cooked to order so they should be salting it, right? Also, since you can't add any other toppings through doordash, it's extremely limiting in terms of customizing.
The #14 The Veggie was good though, generously topped and everything tasted fresh. Overall, I like that there's two meat-free options, but the #64 Grilled Portabella Mushroom & Swiss needs some work.
