• 22-03-06Idk what happened, the wraps used to come tightly rolled and the wrap material seemed better.
Both of these came on old or stale wraps, the BLT was so poorly wrapped the contents fell out when I tried to pick it up. Both were cut not in half but in two pieces 1/4 &3/4.
Is this this new standard? I can go the subway for sloppy mess and pay less.

• 24-10-27I always get JM. However, this is the first time that the sandwich was not fresh & good! The meat was old, the lettuce was not fresh & the bread seemed to be old. This was the first sandwich that I had from JM that was not good at all. Quality issues today.
