• 25-06-10Twice in a row the sandwich was awful. The bread doesn't taste fresh. It was thrown together with few ingredients and soggy bread. Much smaller also. No longer my go to for a sandwich. Really disappointing as I've ordered pretty consistently the last couple of years.

• 25-01-03My mom and I love the #8 Club Sub on Wheat, and instead of ordering 2 regular subs, we order 1 giant and share it! Seniors on budgets, this is our treat for the month, but tonight's wasn't so great. In fact, there was no 'Mike's way,' only mayo. We had to add Italian dressing so it definitely wasn't the awesome JM we so looked forward to!

• 26-08-06They gave us the wrong sandwich. Ordered Chicken Salad got Turkey and cheese. Paid for a more expensive sandwich and got a cheaper one. Who ordered the Turkey Cheese got the more expensive one and paid for the cheaper one.
