I was very disappointed in this Jethros…the ribs were horrible….so crusted on the outside you could not bite through the meat. No sauce was sent with any of it….the brisket platter had two small slices…
had Jethros in Iowa City 2 weeks ago and it was fabulous…this was extremely disappointing…..the cake looked terrible like someone had made it at home and slapped some icing in the middle…both the top and bottom were going different directions when delivered….

Th Amazing Slow Smoked Wings were amazing. Still very juicy and had a nice crisp. I definitely recommend those with the raspberry habanero sauce. The 1/2 Slab 2 meat dinner was just all right. The ribs were pretty tough and didn't have much flavor. You also don't get much meat out of the 2 you get. The sides are very good tho. Especially the jalapeño cream corn and the baked beans. Over all I wish I would have just got the wings with a couple sides instead of paying for the 1/2 slab dinner.

burnt ends werent burnt, coleslaw was bland. baked beans were ok. ribs were god awful, drenched in sauce to the point it was running off everywhere and the meat was poorly cooked

Massive piece of what we think was gristle in the pulled pork sandwich. It was disgusting. My husband didn't eat it. The coleslaw recipe may have changed too, not a fan.
