I ordered the Deep Dish Ultimate Pepperoni pizza and received a clearly burned pizza — crust and all. There’s no way this wasn’t noticed before it was sent out.
When I called, I was told they were closing and that I’d have to reorder through DoorDash, even though the issue was on their end. I was given a credit, but that didn’t help in the moment since I still had to spend more money to eat.
Customer service was disappointing. I was told I may have ordered it “crispy” (which I didn’t), and when I asked for a manager, I was told one wasn’t available.
For a $30 order, this experience didn’t match the hype at all. I wouldn’t recommend.

Hello,
I am very disappointed with the pizza order I received. The pizzas arrived in extremely poor condition and looked like they had been dropped or mishandled during delivery. The toppings were scattered, the slices were crushed, and the presentation was completely ruined.
In addition, a large portion of the pizza was undercooked. The dough was still raw and doughy in the middle, making it unpleasant and difficult to eat. The quality was far below what I expected, and my family was unable to enjoy the meal.
I have attached photos showing the condition of the pizzas upon arrival. I would appreciate a refund or replacement and would like this issue investigated to prevent it from happening again.

absolutely amazing pizza. Large NY Style Round. gotta love this place. one of the best tasting sauces we've had in a while. Highly recommend Jets Pizza.

I loved the Chicken Bacon Ranch but the sausage with the red sauce I was not a fan of. I don’t like the red sauce they use. Taste too out of a can.

This place just CANNOT do extra cheese. No matter how many times I've ordered extra cheese on a pizza here, it always barely has any cheese at all.
They also are incapable of doing a "light sauce". I've ordered light sauce multiple times and it's always absolutely overloaded with sauce.
This place could be great ifthey just followed instructions.
