Amazing restaurant and amazing customer service. I had a problem with my order where they forgot the rice. I reached out to the restaurant and a recent order completely for free will be ordering from them in the future again the food is delicious. Definitely get it.

The flavors were good. Portions were smaller than expected. I ordered a large Oxtail served with rice and beans cabbage and plantains , and it definitely was not a large. Think of the smallest multi pocketed to go box you can get. And there was a lot more bone than actual meat. Think of the lowest quality Oxtail from the market.
The KEYLIME CAKE was tasty, but about half the size of what you'd expect to receive for the price. Overall, they got the taste and presentation right. But the portions were half of what you'd expect.

Ackee&saltfish in any other restaurant is gone by 9-10am the fact that I was able to order it the evening is plus and Jewls Lounge didn't miss on the flavor I definitely recommend that everyone stop Doom Scrolling looking for a good meal and just get you some Jewls you be disappointed

The smallest , tastless snapper you can find it seems like steamed fish. Do better nonsense. At least let a customer enjoy what they paying.
