The unwhich wasn't well made this time. They usually do a good job but this one was poorly made and ended up falling apart every time I took a bite. It was a big mess! But it tasted fantastic!

All the turkey sandwiches we got had a funny fish taste. One of the sandwiches had the back heel of the bread which was hard and uneatable.
Very unfortunate that the quality of this place has gone down so far, especially because it wasn't cheap.

My giant toasted italia sub was NOT toasted! This was dinner for 3 people and was not what we ordered! I feel we are owed a refund. I love this sub when it is toasted but it is totally different untoasted.

I ordered an unwich. They're usually really great. This has two little pieces of lettuce on the outside that didn't wrap the insides. So when I unwrapped it, it just fell apart. And it was so messy. To top it off I only got one napkin. It still tasted fine but I was disappointed at the mess.

I ordered the #12 BEACH CLUB® but they were out of wheat bread so I substituted it with the French bread. The bread was HARDas a rock. I have litteral sores on the roof of my mouth from trying to bite into it. Not to mention there were missing ingredients.
