Ordered tuna sandwich no cucumbers, so glad they use solid Erin's and not chunk light tuna, potato pretty good too

Ordered THE J.J. GARGANTUAN® fo my husband unwich . We order through drive thru all the time. It's wa half the size of the normal one we get it was even smaller than the one I ordered which was a regular size unwich . Asked for a refund from jimmy johns and I'll be watching for the refund ?

I got a 16in Turkey Tom and 2 bags of their regular potato chips. including a 3.50 tip, I paid $35. you also can't track where in the process your order is or when your food is coming. my vegetables were beyond their expiration date, they were mushy and tasted old. I was originally told it would take 20 mins but it took over an hour, I'm located less than 2 miles from this location. be wary of them, understaffed, low quality, low communication, over priced. I had very few options for what was happening once I placed my order.

Hands down, the best deli subs in town! My only wish is that they delivered to a larger radius than they currently offer.
