Came in and only waited a short amount of time for my pickup even though they were busy. Only 2 guys working on a drunken saturday night. Subs were great and put together well.

My bread on the bottom was rock hard I couldn't even eat it. I had to tear it off and throw away. The top wasn't near as bad but still hard. They barely gave me any turkey too and not enough mayo. I usually don't have an issue with them.

First time ordering from Jimmy John's. I wasn't impressed. Had the #15 Club Tuna without cucumbers and mustard added. Those instructions were followed, however, I requested hot bread and the sandwich was cold. There was a big blob of mayonnaise on the sandwich (which I hate). The tuna was bland. I was disappointed, won't order from there again.

CHICKEN CAESAR WRAP was very thin, not filled. they alo gave us expired HOME STYLE POTATO SALAD
