I don't know what taste testing chef made up the combination of flavors but it has replaced #10 as my new fave
..you just need to make them in the giant size so I can save one for later.

I wanted to add mayo to the#15 CLUB TUNA® but the option wasn't available. They were out of the LEMON SUNSHINE COOKIE so I doubled up on the FUDGE CHOCOLATE BROWNIE. The GIANT TOASTED ROAST BEEF + CHEDDAR came in two halves which was fine. Kind of threw me off at first but I figured it out. Lol. Everything tasted fine but for me, adding mayo to the #15 CLUB TUNA® would've made it better.

Disappointed and frustrated! I LOVE Jimmy John's. I eat there at least once a week. The food is great! My issue is the inconsistency. I have had my food delivered wrong too many times. I have never ever made a change to what I order so it's not me forgetting to take something off or add something. My son gets sick at the sight of mayo and his sandwich came with a ton of mayo. That's not an ingredient you can easily take off. We order for convenience and now he's stuck without food. I also had a sandwich deliver once with mayo instead of mustard. Two totally different flavors. Once without lettuce. Another time without onions and mustard!! The two most distinct flavors on the sandwich and it's not there. Very noticeable and bland since it was missing. Once through the drive through I got charged for a regular sandwich and the gave me a lil' John. They have always given me a credit. That doesn't make up for not having food to eat especially after paying and tipping for delivery. The main female manager has always been so nice about it too. I just hate that it keeps happening. It really gives me anxiety that they're going to think I'm just making stuff up for credits. Which I would never do. But having to call so much has made me really uncomfortable.

KICKIN' RANCH CHICKEN WRAP was very bland and tasted like canned chicken was used. When I read "kickin" I thought a seasoning would be used or a sauce but it was just jalapeños added. Could be that I didn't readthe description properly. Everything else was fine.
