I stood in the restaurant for 15 minutes watching the 2 employees on duty chat it up. The was only one other couple, who were already eating their food, in the restaurant. I came in 5 mins before my pickup order was listed on the app to be ready. So, for 10 mins I didn't mind. After waiting an xtra 10 mins, while watching these 2 chat and continue on with their personal conversation, I finally walked up to the counter. I then stood for another few minutes before even being acknowledged. They knew I was there as I was standing close enough to hear what they were talking about. Finally I was acknowledged.
I picked up my order and went on my way. As I opened my sandwich, it seemed as if it was mostly lettuce. After eating the entire sandwich, I discovered there was no chicken on a toasted chicken sandwich.
For $14 I would expect at least the proper ingredients. The portion size is minimal to begin with. I typically order this sandwich. I literally got charged for some lettuce and a piece of bacon on bread.
There's so many choices for this type of food, I won't go back to this location.
