I have always preferred Jimmy John's over like Subway or anything really, but the sub I got last night was not as good as it's been in the past. The lettuce wasn't that fresh kinda watery and for some reason the onions where almost rubbery in texture. I'll continue to order from you, but I'll just have to state it wasn't 100%. Even after removing the Veggies, I only could eat about 1/3 of it.

I had a big order, and mess ups are to be expected with that, so i don't blame them for forgetting my drink. It wasn't a big deal but i decided to call anyway, so they would know.
When the store picked up i was greeted with excellent customer service, and even after i told them it wouldn't be a big deal if i didn't get my drink they INSISTED that they deliver it to me. Which they definitely did because it was here in no time.
I've only had good experiences with this store. However, i suggest that you use their app. Delivery fees are much cheaper and i believe more revenue goes to the actual store, which i'm sure they would enjoy as well!
If i could give more stars i would 10/10!!!

I got my food but i got things i didnt ask for on my food and i didnt get the side of my Kickin' Ranch that costed 2 extra dollars

The bread was very stale couldn't even bite into it and it was so dry they forgot the mayo!!! it's usually good .Very disappointed ☹️
