They didn't have any wheat bread like I wanted, but the general manager called to give me a heads up and ask if I wanted French bread or lettuce (unwich) which I appreciated. I chose French bread, but should have gone with the lettuce wrap. My delivery instructions weren't followed, but that's probably because DoorDash doesn't share that info. The French bread was old/stale and i could barely tell what sub I ordered cuz all I tasted was stale bread every bite. The ratio of bread to filling didn't help. From now on if they don't have wheat bread I'll get Jersey Mike's.

The bread was rock hard. called the place spoke to manager he verifiedthr bun shouldn't of went out like that. now I have to fight with doordash to get my money back.

Our Chocolate Chip Cookie came ripped on the side. No way are we eating it! I ordered mayo packets for my lunch tomorrow and we didn't gt any even though the receipt had it listed. The sandwiches were good enough, but nothing spectacular.

It was too much sauce on it and poorly wrapped. I am not ordering this again. I had to take it out the wrapping just to cut it because it wasnt cut. Didnt finish it because it became too much. I dont like soggy wraps. And I thought it was suppose to be hot but I guess that's asking for too much
