I don't think people understand my love for jimmy johns. Yes, it can be a bit expensive, but overall the food is amazing. You really do pay for what you get because you can just tell its fresh. And even if they don't deliver fast every time, they don't take forever, which is all I'm asking for. Overall, I think jimmy johns is one of, if not the best sub sandwich place. (get the Italian night club, trust me.)

Got the #9 and #10 and just as usual, all items arrived on time and were excellently prepared with no mistakes. I wish door dash would hold all restaurants to this level in order to stay on this platform. Others give door dash and the drivers a really bad name.

the sandwich was incomplete. There was barely any turkey, no lettuce just some tomatoes, onion and mayonnaise. Next time I will be ordering from Jersey Mikes.

Every time I order from Jimmy John's they are way past their scheduled time to deliver. When I call to get the status they said they got busy. I completely understand that, but it would be nice to be updated.
